Help Help HELP (peacock)

    About "Help, Help, HELP!":
I used to visit a garden nursery when I was a child, and my favorite part of the whole trip was seeing the peacocks that roamed the grounds. Many times I commented at how the bird's cry sounds like they are calling "Help, Help, HELP!". Between their distinctive cry and the colors they display, they truly receive a lot of attention. Like the peacock, severely emotionally disabled/traumatized children often cry out in every way they can to get the help they need. Unlike the peacock, however, the attention they get is rarely admiration but often the opposite. These cries of distress are heard by Intermountain (, a nationally accredited non-profit agency, who selflessly serves about 700 children daily in the Montana area. The original painting of this image was auctioned off at Intermountain's Festival of Trees as part of a large avian Chrismas tree exhibit designed to match this painting.

This is a quality reproduction print of Susie Griffin's original artwork entitled "Help Help HELP".

This image is printed on high quality luster finish paper with archival inks that will hold their color for nearly 100 years. The image size you choose will have a small 1/4" internal white border perfect for framing and slight cropping may occur in sizes other than 8" x 10" (shown). The watermark will be absent in the print you receive.
